Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable waitstaff to join our team. As a member of our waitstaff, you will be the face of St. Nicholas Brewing Company, responsible for providing high-quality service to our guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when requested.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring all items are prepared to our standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area before, during, and after service.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Assist in setting up the dining area before service and cleaning up after service ends.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to communicate guest feedback and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work shifts during our operating hours, including weekends:
• Sunday: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Tuesday - Thursday: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 11 AM - 10 PM-ish
• Monday: Closed
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Required to complete food safety training to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
